• Selecting suitable sites for the establishment and implementation of these projects, making acquisitions for development schemes, acting as a catalyst for regeneration projects and encouraging private-sector investment to provide required housing programs.
• Transforming the slums and restoring poor neighborhoods for improving their dwelling by engaging the private sector in a sustainable regeneration strategy, working within the context of a wider master plan which takes full account of the problems and opportunities for the whole area.
• Providing support for master planning, running costs and evaluation process of offered projects, reviewing projects financially and analytically, preparing feasibility studies for delivering the strategic priorities.
• Promoting strong, sustainable and balanced growth in every part of the country, supporting bidding, inviting tenders from tenders by qualified companies listed in the company’s Accredited Companies list.

Highlights:
• Discharged duties of managing the road maintenance project of the contracted roads’ length exceeding 300 km, ranging between highways and single roads.
• Oversaw the conceptualization of projects and their budgeting taking into cognizance, need and funding realities and accordingly preparing designs and deploying machines to perform the work in ways easier, faster, safer, and economically.
• Utilized the latest in technology, implemented designs that use precast concrete & low cost slabs to improve the work environment and thereby increased the production.

• Strengthened governance and capacity in planning, financing, and implementing routine and periodic road maintenance, reviewed the formulation of a maintenance strategy including, planning, programming, financing and management of maintenance activities and operations.
• Developed a framework for contently tracking maintenance activities in liaison with relevant authorities, while developing necessary regulation to ensure meeting those interests completely.
• Assessed and recommended cost-effective modalities for managing and implementing road maintenance activities and programs, prepared the feasibility studies and bids for several projects submitted by the company to several government and private departments.
