• Ensuring the work is being carried out within the schedule budget, coordination and participating in the Weekly, monthly progress and safety meeting with GEC/Client.
• Submission of daily and weekly updates and reports to Client and handling the site staf team and assigning them the scheduled targets and monitoring.
• Coordination and correspondence with the Client related to technical issues/variation and time and cost implication.
• Successfully completed and handed over all discipline related to our scope of work to the End user within stipulated extended time schedule as approved by ASHGHAL.
