Performs work in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
 Ability to Read Schematic Drawings of Control and Power System.
 As a work permit receiver, take permit and apply (Lockout/Tagout) during maintenance.
 Performs and completes maintenance work order requests, daily work report, maintenance and inventory records on
spare parts and equipment on ECM & CMMS.
 Ensuring timely and accurate completion of preventive maintenance and motor control units including soft starter, line
motor protection relays, VFD, Transformers, LV/MV Motors, UPS and other instrument equipment used to monitor and
control quality.
 Testing & commissioning of LV/MV Switchgears and, maintenance, and reactive breakdowns of switchgear panels.
 Operation of all critical facility systems include Electrical, Mechanical, Building Monitoring, Fire, Controls.
 Monitor the Facilities Operations Centre and ensure that all monitoring System alarms.
 Carry out Vendor inspections during your shift, checking/monitoring quality of work, review data/service reports to
include all break/fix, P.M. and project work on site.
