 Manage financial reporting function including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all the Group Operating Companies;
 Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with IFRS;
 Establish cross-functional coordination and financial reporting consolidation for the Group;
 Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and implement effective budgetary control methodologies, variance analysis, and performance reports for senior management;
 Financial and Corporate governance through the design and implementation of financial process controls;
 Act as a key liaison for internal and external auditors;
 Review and implement process improvements;
 Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.

 Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

 Manage Finance Function and overseeing the finance team.
 Conduct regular meetings for receivable, collection, working capital management, interim financial results, human resource, supply chain, payable monitoring their progress and results on a recurring basis.
 Recognize areas of improvements, suggesting business strategies, planning and area of improvements.
 Hiring and initiate training the finance team.
 Monitoring Banking funding and non-funding facilities and their daily utilization.
