Site Development - Phase 1: - Site preparation, earthworks, and rough grading (398.89Ha), Soil and ground improvement (design and execution by approved sub-consultant)
Infrastructure and Road Network (5.54 Ha): Earthworks, finished grading, roads, embankments, storm water drainage, utilities, electrical power, lighting, telecom, CCTV, instrumentation, and landscaping.
Coastline Improvement and Protection (584 m): Site preparation, earthworks, coastal reclamation, seabed profiling, rock revetment, and interfacing with existing revetment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Project Quality Plan and responsible for all Quality matters at site and ensuring the Progress of Project in accordance with approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and verify the quality related site activities and Documentation is in accordance with Schedule.
• Ensure implementation of Royal Commission Schedule Quality Procedure throughout the Project.
• Reviewing Vendors Pre-Qualifications & Material submittals prior to
Submitting on UNIFIER.
• Conduct Internal Quality Meeting with QC Engineers, discussing Site Issues and instructing for Continual site surveillance so as to minimizing Non-Conformance at site.
• Maintaining Project Internal RFI, MIR, 3rd Party Testing log, INCR & NCR logs and
sharing the same on weekly basis to Consultant Engineers.
• Coordinating & monitoring all Testing and Commissioning Inspections and providing related quality documentation during the Phase.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential issues.
• Review and verify testing and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve any design-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Verify that all materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor and control the quality of soil improvement, road work, utilities, storm water, fire water, and shore protection.
• Identify and report any defects or deficiencies to the project team.

• Coordination with other engineers, Project manager and consultant regarding all discrepancies and report all conflicts on site .
• Ensuring that all required task and requesting for modification of plan and schedules and finding the solutions to problems that causes delay the project.
• Supervising and managing Subcontractors for Electromechanical on site
• Ensuring that all activities performed by subcontractor as per standard complying the requirement of project specification.
• Checking the report regarding site activities
• Evaluate the subcontractor accomplishments and Invoicing .
• Making the revision of drawings and as built drawings.

• Monitor all project activities are carried out in accordance with Project Specification, Method of Statement, and ITPs.
• Implementing Quality Control activities and ensuring compliance of project work with the Contract.
• Coordinating with the construction engineers and Clients inspectors for clearing Designated inspections (Hold and Witness point), perform in progress and final inspections of Civil and other activities in accordance with IFC Drawing.
• Conduct Materials Receiving Inspection at site and Ensurematerials to be confirming to Contract Plans.
• Consulting with Quality and Construction Manager for improving quality system at Site. Updating revisions of drawings according to amendments and modification carried out in field. Preparation and reviewing of Hand over Documentation packages as required by the Client.
• Monitor each construction group activities related to construction works (Including HSE and material control). Attend weekly construction & management meetings with Royal Commission.
