Project Description: The Shuqaiq 4 Project is a new desalination plant being built in Al Shuqaiq, (Jizan Province) Saudi Arabia. The plant will have a daily capacity of 400, 000 cubic meters of desalinated water, which will be used to meet the growing demand for drinking water in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:
• Construction management, engineering drawing review and site supervision in accordance with project plans and specification.
• Interact with client and contractor for construction management, safety and quality controls matters.
• Monitor and maintain contractor and subcontractors regular housekeeping practices on site, Manage Quality control activity (Civil) and review contractor QA/QC procedure.
• Responsible for in civil Quality control matters in all civil works and for implementation of QC
• Identify inspection and testing requirements from specification and applicable codes and ensure contractor inspection test plan and inspection check list properly address the project requirements.
• Implementation of project quality control plan and evaluate and implement method statements and ITPs submitted by contractor.
• perform site inspection for concrete work, civil work structural road works.
• Monitor progress on Road and paving works, underground piping, and Manholes,
underground services.
• Issue Quality control instructions, Non-Conformance Reports & site observations to contractor whenever necessary .
Builders, Project Details: It is commercial high rise building G+12 with twobasements work includes all structure work masonry work and internal finishing. RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge of supervision, construction management of all civil, structural, building, and architectural works.
• Coordination with other engineers, Project manager and consultant regarding all discrepancies and report all conflicts on site .
• Ensuring that all required task and requesting for modification of plan and schedules and finding the solutions to problems that causes delay the project.
• Ensuring that all activities performed by subcontractor as per standard complying the requirement of project specification.
• Checking the report regarding site activities
• Evaluate the subcontractor accomplishments and Invoicing .
• Making the revision of drawings and as built drawings.

• Monitor all project activities are carried out in accordancewith Project Specification, Method of Statement, and ITPs.
• Implementing Quality Control activities and ensuring compliance of project work with the Contract.
• Coordinating with the construction engineers and Clients inspectors for clearing Designated inspections (Hold and Witness point), perform in progress and final inspections of Civil and other activities in accordance with IFC Drawing.
• Conduct Materials Receiving Inspection at site and Ensurematerials to be confirming to Contract Plans.
• Consulting with Quality and Construction Manager for improving quality system at Site. Updating revisions of drawings according to amendments and modification carried out in field. Preparation and reviewing of Hand over Documentation packages as required by the Client.
• Monitor each construction group activities related to construction works (Including HSE and material control). Attend weekly construction & management meetings with client.
• Attend the weekly construction and management meetings with client.
• Check and review overall construction progress against the base line schedule and support necessary arrangements and counter measures in schedule sequence if required.
