•Appraisal with KPI’s strategy.
•Coordinate with total rewards team to carry out performance appraisal & collect evaluation results for all the employees working under business units.
•Maintains recruitment sources, screening applicants, assisting department managers in evaluating applicants, reviewing employment offers for compliance with wage and salary policy, extending formal offers/confirmation of acceptance etc.
•Formulate strategies and to help develop and improve HR Functions in each area.
•Provide technical assistance to field personnel as required (explanation of policies, benefits, procedures etc.)
•Participate in personnel related training presentations, employee counseling, problem solving or similar activities for training purpose.
•Monitoring and controlling all Administrative & Personnel functions (Visas, Contracts, Agreements, Leaves, Resignation/Terminations, End of services, Placements/Transfers, Payroll/Overtime, PRO activities).
•Coordinate and conduct induction/orientation to new employees.
•Review employee attendance for payroll preparation.
•Maintain and update organizational chart and job descriptions.
•Responsible to check on mandatory approvals & process further benefit requests applications & follow up to ensure employees receive the same.
•Prepare and submit the various monthly reports for review and action.
•Gather required information from department’s involved regarding investigation process.
•Follow up and exchange information between each section under HR Department in order to complete the related tasks, assignments, projects & employee requests etc.
•Maintain insurance for all employees (Addition, Deletion & Upgrading) as per company’s policy.
•Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and Finance teams on benefit policies, programs, and procedures and ensure all the policy and procedure are implemented throughout the organization.
•Maintain confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans.
•Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
•Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues and provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel.
