Currently working in Multan Electric Power Supply Company (MEPCO) in Enterprise Resource Planning Department (ERP) as Assistant Team Lead SAP MM in the Material Management Module (MM) since December 2015 till date

Working in the areas of Material Management (Procurement and Inventory Management) for implementation of SAP ERP system.
• Involved in preparation of Business Process Procedure by understanding client’s business processes, GAP Analysis with suitable solutions & the requirements, various SAP Reports.
• Coordinate in preparation and approval of Functional Specification Formats (Stores Documents) for development in SAP ERP i.e. Purchase Requisition, Material Reservation, Store Requisition, Goods Transfer Note, Material Return Note and Gate Pass etc.
• Working on reconciling MEPCO Assets for uploading in SAP system.
• Support in MM Functionalities data like Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Records, Source List, plants, storage locations, purchasing organization, material types, material groups, number ranges views and field selection for material master configuration etc.
• Providing go-live & post-live support, and coordination with ERP end-user to resolve post go-live issues.

Being a “HHU SUPERVISOR”, my key work was

• Manage the Handheld Unit (HHU) implementation team in one subdivision at a time and make them work along with the DISCO staff.
• Download and Upload daily meter reading tasks to the handheld devices in subdivision for meter readers.
• Facilitate necessary coordination and liaison with the HHU Implementation team in the field and DISCO.
• Report day to day activities of the field to Team Lead CO&I.
• Help in developing daily reports and document procedures.
• Provide On-job training to the DISCO staff about the HHU software and hardware.
• Co-ordinate with MEPCO MIS team and software developer to troubleshoot any issues.
• Provide assistance to DISCOs staff in downloading/uploading meter route file.
• Develop and Manage daily tasks to be performed by meter readers to meet the billing schedule, Perform
• On-site checks to monitor the activities of meter readers.
• Provide on-site training to the DISCO staff for successful operations of HHU devices.
• Other tasks assigned by the Deputy Team Lead Commercial

Being a “HHU AUDITOR”, my key work was
• Carry-out day to day meter reading task assigned by field supervisor;
• Perform meter reading using Handheld Unit;
• Capture Meter snaps during meter reading to identify any irregularities in meter installation;
• Identify damaged and tampered meters within the subdivision;
• Provide inputs on the meter lowering activity;
• Provide on-job training to the DISCO staff on the use of HHU for meter reading;
• Help in correlating meter reading collected by HHU with the DISCOs paper based readings;
• Help in building customer awareness and also DISCOs staff confidence regarding the benefits of the project;
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
