• Accountable to run operations smoothly
• To uphold and ensure team members' adherence to assigned shifts and establish a routine of punctuality and regularity among all team members. In addition, make sure roster management follows authorized HR policies.
• Development of KPI dashboards with the coordination of support teams to monitor and evaluate operational KPI's.
• To ensure the availability of all services for the patients including IPD, lab, radiology, blood bank & consulting clinics with the support of relevant team members.
• To train the concerned housekeeping team to implement infection control policies and to implement and oversee the cleaning and hygiene of the assigned clinical care areas.
• To ensure 100% compliance of policies & operational KPI’s by the team.
• Daily round of the clinical care areas.
• To ensure security plan and deployment of security guards as per plan.
• To provide periodic reports to the top management when required.
• To conduct and participate intra department meetings to improve process flows.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the concerned Health Care Unit for that take all the necessary measures.
• To maintain & ensure the attendance of all employees & to indulge the habit of being regular & punctual among all team members
• To maintain the hygiene and cleaning of the unit through concerned staff and trained
them to implement effective infection control policy.
• To implement & ensure Hospital uniform Policy.
• Conflict Management.
• To ensure the availability of all services, Medicines and Consumables, Oxygen and other Gases to end users (Patients) with the liaison of relevant team members.
• To ensure in time maintenance of medical equipment, electrical and electronic appliances, hospital & office furniture etc. through relevant support staff.
• Look after overall hospital operations in the absence of CEO.
• Strategic planning of operations management within the respective facility or entity responsible for healthcare services.
• Introduction of productivity measures in the workplace.
• Effective communication of new policies and procedures to staff, caregivers, and provider’s.
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations outreach, and departmental activities.
• Organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating services as set forth by the hospital board
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Making & delivering product presentations to the hospital management.
Usage of products through presence in the surgical suite.
Help in identifying the target audience of a product.
Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
To ensure the highest standards of patient care.
To establish and maintain teamwork
Co-operation with the multidisciplinary team i.e. Nursing, Radiology etc.
To ensure maximum benefit from coordinated care.
Ensuring medical records, documentation and discharge .
