Duties as Credit Analyst;
• Evaluate and verify Credit applications for Business Finance in Business Banking, SME within delegated authority defined from time to time, or recommend and forward to higher approval authority where appropriate.
• Evaluate customer profiles in line with ADIB credit policies and procedures.
a) Ensure quality evaluation on all applications with the agreed TAT.
b) Follow the escalations as approved and directed by the DLA & Deviation Matrix.
c) Maintain a 0% processing error rate as processor and checker.
d) Escalate suspicious activities identified during applications evaluation on document formats or information gathered on CPV.
e) Participate actively in unit monthly meetings through suggestions on process improvements and market information.
f) As and when required, handle tasks/activities that are outside the regular application evaluation role.
• Assisting RM’s to respond to AML (anti money laundering) transaction queries.
• Analyze credit data, bank statements and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Prepare reports like, CB (Customer Black Listing), CRR (Customer Risk Rating) and CB RB report (Central Bank) that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
• Complete loan applications, including previous loans and credit facilities already in use credit analyses and summaries of loan request and evaluating his DBR/DSR (Debt Burden Ratio), and submit to loan committees for approval.
• Generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financials
• Analysis of all legal documents(Trade License, Passport Copy validations, Memorandum of Association, Chamber of Commerce etc) and other business supportive documents(Tenancy Contracts validity, Employee List from MOL, Business Contacts, Locations, Customers/Suppliers etc) and arranging them in accordance of banking policies.
Duties as Collection Analyst;
• To follow up and collect on all overdue, delinquent customers.
• Meets Targets set on flow and delinquency rates.
• Provide recommendation and coordinate with other departments to recommend enhancements to collection processes.
• Handle number of calls/contact (as per department set targets) & follow-up on customer’s commitment to pay.
• Identify un-contactable/skip customers and redirect these for filed visits.
• Send collection standard letters /SMS/Emails to un-contactable customers.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress report (daily performance tracker).Review collection MIS to measure own effectiveness, productivity & efficiency.
• Provide team leader / Asst Manager with feedback on important information which will help streamlines the process & reduces credit risk.
• Undertake any other duties as required by the division from time to time.
My role and job main responsibilities include the following;
• Contact client via email, phone, or fax regarding past due payment for billing and contract purchases of post/pre-paid connections.
• Evaluated new and existing customers for credit worthiness.
• Obtain supporting documents to validate or deny claim.
• Processed credit, debit, check card charge backs due to customer dispute, unauthorized charges, or billing error.
• Offset credits for previous delinquency.
• Coordination with IT, Technical support for the resolution of system errors
• Review aging reports, reconcile clients account, and prepare post-paid customer refunds.
• Worked directly with sales department to provide them with client’s information, billing resolutions and dispute analysis.
• To work both independently and as part of the team on special projects as per Senior Management request.
CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
• Working in Network Complaints Team (Support Center) as a team coordinator to support the Nationwide Franchisees, Contact Centers, Internal and External Customers regarding the Network related issues.
• To conduct clinics for all team members to ensure that each member possesses the same level of product knowledge and are aware of all the recent updates and offerings.
• Responsible for daily team performance report.
• To coordinate with other departments for customer’s issue escalation and resolution.
• Main Responsibilities are to develop business and supporting marketing Departments in launch of new Products and re-launching of existing Products.
• Have understanding of IN Intelligent Networks, Voucher Online Management, HLS/HLR Provisioning systems and tools to provide the best Value added Services.
• Providing FCR (first call resolution) to the customer calling over the helpline.
Responsibilities:
• Annual monthly financial statements comparisons and ratios to assists the management of annual sales and profit performance of the company.
• Assisting Finance Manager in periodic reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Provision of cover for the weekly payroll of staff.
• Weekly collection of pre event final payments prior to client event coming onsite.
• Weekly credit control of outstanding event deposits and post event service invoices on the Debtor’s ledger.
• Overseeing the invoice and payment processing by the Finance department and ensuring the general ledger is kept up to date and that all outstanding debtors are collectable.
• To have a high check on invoice processing and invoice matching.
• To prepare budgets and costing records of the company and to consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and formation.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures performing marketing activities, distribution and logistics
• Assisting manager to use sales forecasting and negotiate contracts with buyers to manage product distribution alongside communicating with customers throughout the various stages of the purchasing and selling process.
