I am a meticulous Payroll & Compensation Benefits Specialist with expertise in various aspects of payroll management and employee benefits administration. I conduct monthly payroll reviews, prepare bank WPS files, and ensure accurate payment of employee benefits. Additionally, I handle the review and posting of monthly accruals, analyze employee incentive payments, and oversee outsource employee payments. I am responsible for the monthly amortization and booking of Iqama costs and medical insurance. I perform comprehensive review and analysis of payroll costs, generating monthly reports for the CFO. Ensuring compliance with governmental laws regarding payroll accounting and taxes is a priority, as is reviewing and analyzing all staff costs reported in the trial balance.
As a proficient Payroll & Compensation Benefits Specialist, I am responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining efficient payroll processes. I administer the complete compensation benefits and payroll process, ensuring accuracy in pay, deductions, and year-end payroll activities. My role includes managing payroll records, investigating and rectifying discrepancies and errors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service level agreements. I prioritize the delivery of high-quality payroll transactions and maintain the integrity of payroll and employee benefits data. Collaborating closely with the finance department, I review and submit timely payroll reports. Additionally, I handle monthly tasks such as posting salary journals, creating HR dashboards, and performing payroll and GOSI reconciliations.
In my role as a Payroll Specialist, I am responsible for collecting, compiling, and entering payroll data using NC KSA's software. I serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, ensuring a professional and efficient response. Investigating and rectifying payroll discrepancies and errors is part of my duties, along with processing payroll journal entries, accruals, and conducting monthly payroll analysis for the Finance department. I administer the complete payroll process, including changes in pay, deductions, and year-end activities. Monthly payroll accounts reconciliation is another crucial task I handle. By closely collaborating with Human Resources and other stakeholders, I maintain accurate and updated information on leaves, sickness, overtime, and related data. Timely execution of essential payroll activities, such as processing time records, overtimes, and deductions, is also a key aspect of my role.
As a Payroll & Compensation Benefits Specialist, my responsibilities encompass various tasks and responsibilities. I maintain employee master data in Mena ME ERP and actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Collaborating with department heads, I assist in preparing the yearly budget and seek approval from the HR Director. I also handle the preparation of increments and promotions lists, ensuring compliance with company policies and obtaining necessary approvals. Calculation and payment of employee EOS benefits in alignment with company policies and Saudi Labor Law fall under my purview. Additionally, I handle monthly posting of salary journals, approve employee requests in the ESS module, process contract renewals based on performance evaluations, and facilitate business travel arrangements, including ticket and hotel bookings.
As the payroll specialist, I ensure the smooth operation of the payroll system within policy guidelines, making updates in the SAP system. This includes verifying off-cycle payroll in SAP for vacation and other purposes and preparing monthly accrual and payroll reports for the finance department. I diligently update SAP with all payroll changes, perform accurate and timely payroll computations, and execute the monthly payroll run while maintaining confidentiality. I handle data entry tasks, including overtime, incentives, salary advances, loans, bonuses, and other payments, ensuring correct processing in the payroll system. Monthly posting of salary journals is part of my routine. I actively contribute to enhancing departmental policies and procedures, developing and implementing procedures and controls for payroll activities. I provide SAP HCM training to colleagues as needed and collaborate closely with a SAP Consultant to resolve any SAP HCM-related issues.
In my role, I successfully led the implementation of ERP system, QBM (Quick Business Manager), streamlining operations and optimizing business processes. I performed budgeting and forecasting for construction projects, developing accurate financial plans and ensuring cost control. Additionally, I effectively manage accounts receivable, including collections and reconciliations.
As an accountant, I handle a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure accurate financial management. This includes maintaining cash inflow and outflow statements, recording depreciation and updating the database for fixed assets. I actively follow up and coordinate with customers to facilitate timely payment collection through payment request letters and emails. In addition, I prepare and issue sales invoices using Lava ERP Software, oversee monthly payroll operations, and create commercial invoices in Excel. I conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile customer statements of account. Furthermore, I am responsible for requesting the bank to issue letters of credits and guarantees when required.
