At DPS, I am working as Technical Team Lead & Project Manager. Study existing system (system analysis), and preparing Project Plan & SRS document. Responsibilities include making project plan, System Analysis, Preparing Requirements gathering documents and monitoring project execution phase and implementation. Assisting technical team for using best available tools for achieving business goals. Project types include Mobile applications, Business Intelligence, Health Care, Banking Application and Insurance Companies .Work with sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
As Scrum Master, Coordinate with Product owners for doing Release & Sprint Planning. Collaborating with Development Team for story pointing & estimation and performing Sprint Retrospective and other daily agile methodology activities.

I am working as senior software engineer and Business Analyst. Study existing system, and preparing SRS document. I am also senior team member of Microsoft Platform working on SharePoint, CRM, BizTalk Server, and Business Intelligence application development. At KPC, I worked on web applications and distributed application developer. My major role in the team is to analyze and explore the requirement of the projects and then working on designing application structure, programming and implementation, and to assist Measurement & Assessment department as technology expert to evaluate the technical skills & competences of the job candidates and employees. I have developed smart application which communicates with desktop application, web applications and mobile applications. I am also evaluating Dot net platform that how we can use ASP.NET front end application to communicate with Oracle HRMS application server. I worked with a very large and global team and very closely and heavily involved with DBA group, QA group, production development group, production deployment group and production support group to build, test and deploy business applications.
Directs and coordinate activities of development team, Analyze requirements of the projects & designing logical database to physical. Application Designing and development mainly working on dot net framework. Also dealing with offshore projects, on the basis of requirements provided by our international client, development of projects and their documentation and support. Projects successfully delivered are Purchase and Inventory module, Production planning and control system and management information system. I was responsible to look in old architect and gave recommendations about converting it to new technologies and security features.
