• Develop Project charter and establish project objectives, deliverable and plans, setting performance requirements and selecting subcontractors
• Liaising information promptly with client, consultants and statutory authorities on getting necessary approvals / permissions on drawings and materials in order to meet the project timelines
• Administrated that work are carried out in accordance with client approved drawings, inspect staff on daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered

• Supervised quality assurance, CDM regulations, risk assessment & mitigation plan RFC and RFI
• Additional responsibilities include project reporting, budget analysis and cost tracking / forecasting in conjunction with project controls and reporting to senior management
• Supported the Lead Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring and achieving project milestones
• Supervised and facilitated in the preparation of revised project documents and ensure they are followed

Attended tender clarification stage meetings to determine the most suitable contractor for the award of the contract.
• Gathered project requirements from client and stakeholders using interviews, questionnaire and focus workshop
• Developed Master programme, using Ms Project prepared baseline programs such as Scope, Schedule and Cost against which all future measurements will be compared using EVM and S-curve analysis
• Estimate work package activities using parametric, bottom up, three point, square foot, historical data and unit price
• Scheduled work packages, sequencing to set baseline and ensure smooth critical path
• Monitored the project progress against the approved planned time frame
• Prepared any EOT, change request, managing changes to work packages and update critical path
• Responsible for controlling internal and external enterprise environmental factors
• Produced weekly/monthly actual work progress reports in conjunction with planned work packages using earned value and report any deviation to the head of section
Conducted site inspections in consultation with Site engineers to acquire updated information on progress of the section with the actual and planned figures
