• Quantity takes-offs, material enquiries and BOQ preparation.
• Raise the Request for Information (RFI) during the performance of tendering.
• Preparing RFQs for getting current market prices from Vendors/Subcontractors.
• Organize sub-contractors quotations and negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Estimate the tender project and report to the management for the actual cost of the project.
• Preparing the Commercial report to the top management to decide the tender submission.
• Coordinate with the technical department for the technical tender submission.

Responsibilities
Pre-Contract
• Review and study tender specifications, drawings, BOQ, preamble notes etc.
• Quantity take-off for all civil & MEP elements based on pricing preambles, specification and drawings to
compile the Tender Bill of Quantities with description (AutoCAD, Plan Swift)
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Measurement Sheets.
• Prepare inquiries to be sent to subcontractors and suppliers (RFQ), evaluate quotations on return, and prepare
a statement of comparison and Recommendation.
• Negotiate with suppliers & sub-cons on commercial aspects of the product.
• Assist in the selection and appointment of subcontractors.
• Sending the RFI and Clarification to Client and Follow Up for Necessary Information.
• Coordinate with the procurement team.
• Attending Technical Meeting and Visiting Sites to Gather Required Information If needed.
