1. Supports Almoayyed Contracting Group divisions (28 Divisions, 6800+ staffs) in day-to-day HR Operations.
2. Received special recognition from the Board of Directors for Implementing COVID-19 Protocols and
Procedures in coordination with Bahrain National Task Force & War Room for management of COVID
Cases within the Group.
3. Implemented ACG COVID 19 VACCINATION CAMPAIGN within the Group. Lead the team to achieve 84 %
Vaccination rate within the organization during 2020-21. (Total Employee Strength 6800 + )
4. Manages all Almoayyed Contracting Group corporate and division recruitment (Approx. 80-90 new recruits
per month across all divisions- Technical & Non Technical), in accordance with Management directives and
project requirements.
5. Recruited and Legalized 110 Cleaners from Nepal (2018) for facility management division, within a span of
One month.
6. Manages Performance Evaluation and Appraisals in coordination with respective Head of Departments.
7. Conducted Employee Surveys to measure the effectiveness of HR Policies & Procedures. Increased
Employee Satisfaction rate to 84 %.
8. Oversees the process of checking visa eligibility for the various Almoayyed Contracting Group divisions and
keeping Bahrainization levels in accordance with the statutes.
9. Ensures that the Oracle ERP is updated with the required information in terms of Employee information, leave,
flights, joining and leaving and Increments.
10. Ensures that all employee files are complete and up-to-date, maintaining them as per Bahrain labor law.
11. Manages disciplinary procedures, arranging and attending disciplinary meetings where necessary to ensure
employee satisfactions.
12. Revision of Company policies and procedures in consensus with management.
13. Oversees the allocation of accommodation for new staff in coordination with the Accommodation, Property
& Office maintenance department.
14. Coordinate with Marketing & Operations on Awards Program of different types.
Handling entire administrative and personnel requirements of the Group Company (20 divisions & 6000+ Employees). Reports directly to HR Manager, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities include;
Supports Almoayyed Contracting Group divisions (20 Divisions) in day-to-day HR issues.
360D HR & Admin functional responsibilities.
Manages all Almoayyed Contracting Group corporate and division recruitment, maintaining an active Preferred Supplier List for recruitment agencies.
Manages Performance Evaluation and Appraisals in coordination with respective Head of Departments
Manages the internal coordination for the referral of candidates from existing employees
Oversees the process of checking visa eligibility for the various Almoayyed Contracting Group divisions
Oversees the Recruitment Coordinator in terms of receiving new staff and processing all induction formalities in coordination with the Manager - Public Relations & Training.
Coordinate with Marketing & Operations on Awards Program.
Oversees the allocation of accommodation for new staff in coordination with the Accommodation, Property & Office maintenance department
Manages the preparation of offer letters and employment letters for the approval of the CEO/Executive Director
Manages the issuing and amendments of flight tickets for eligible staff, arranging LPO’s when required
Manages leave applications, maintaining an up-to-date leave register
Ensures that the ERP is updated with the required information in terms of leave, flights and employee information
Ensures that all employee files are complete and up-to-date, maintaining them as per Bahrain labor law
Manages disciplinary procedures, arranging and attending disciplinary meetings where necessary.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Recruited and legalized 1800 (Technical & Non-Technical) staffs during year 2015-16 for the purpose of a Large Villa Project of Civil and MEP Divisions.
Recruited 220 Security Guards within a short span of one month from Nepal for a prestigious project of Security Division.
Implemented many employee benefits programs like Interest free loan schemes, Staff Purchase Schemes, Employee of the month Award Schemes etc.
Contributed for implementation of ISO standards in coordination with QA/QC Departments.
Revised company policies and procedures in consensus with management for smooth handling of Operations.
Developed a Whole New System to incorporate whole details of Entire 200 Employees of the company with the help of self developed Techniques.
Representing the Company at the Local Bodies including the Ministry Offices for Labour and Company Related Issues and Affairs.
