Coordination of detail and final design for a prestigious client, including preparation and supervision of submittal drawings such as shop drawings & as built drawings. Liaising with the internal project management & design team and external subcontractors to develop architectural details with the focus on maintaining architectural continuity of production drawings to suit the client's design requirements. Interacting with architectural consultant, structural engineers and associated contractors for the interface between roof and other interfacing building elements & joining structures.
Designing of airport systems, distribution and industry logistics in the tendering process; bidding proposals with exposure to project negotiation; analyze customer requirements and produce tenders and enquires; prepare turnkey Airport Logistics system proposals including layouts, technical descriptions and price estimation; prepare technical sales presentations, participate in the offer negotiations and post tender clarifications; assist bid manager with technical support on visits to customers; obtain technical feedback from clients regarding appropriateness of technical proposal and work through solutions face to face.
General tasks/responsibilities:
Preparation of finishing schedule, assisting in cost controlling,
quantity calculations and assessment, assisting the Design Manager with inspection and reviewing of all architectural tender and pre contract drawings and documents, building inspections.
