Managing on time delivery schedules, execution of projects by meeting the customers and handling the
contracts management department
Ensuring compliance to customer specifications and company requirements
Conducting site-inspection before delivery, collaborating with the Purchase & Logistics for on time receivables
of equipment and components
Developing installation plans in MS (Microsoft) Projects, Method Statement & Risk Assessment before crane
installation and involved in installing and commissioning of cranes at site
Administering the cranes to the customers which includes user training and project completion clearance
Coordinating with the Engineering & Production team for installation plan, and with the customers relating to
field activities
Carrying out load tests, processing the final acceptance test certification after installation and troubleshooting
the error analysis for rectification
Supervising the operations of sub-contractors daily & finalizing the commercial negotiations, and handling AM
(Annual Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) contracts after service sales
Providing spare parts orders for the company, and also bagged few good orders
Organizing meetings with the management, sales, project managers, customers and reporting health & safety
status of both sub-contractors and employees
Leading a team of 6 members handling projects for 2 business units in the company. Responsible for monthly Invoicing, Payment collection. Coordination within the company with all departments for smooth execution of the projects. Timely meetings with Production/ Planning to meet the desired targets. Meetings within the team for better coordination. Responsible for maintaining the projects within the budget target set by the sales team while taking the order.
