• Review the tender documents and listing out pre-bid clarifications for a local and Internationally renowed customer’s like ADNOC, EXPRO, Haliburton, SLB, NESR, HPCL, Alman Suri etc.
• Listing out technical specification and floating inquiries to. sub vendors.
• Follow up with client and sub vendors for the completion of bid.
• Liaise with Design, QC, Projects, Logistics, and corresponding team for techno-commercial bid preparation
• Finalize the technical and commercial terms and cost with management.
• Negotiation with clients for the order finalization.
• Coordinate with other departments for the comparison of actual vs budget variation of jobs executed.
• New client development and vendor registration with new customers locally and internationally.
• Developing new opportunity for the spare parts of well test an trailer package Equipments.
• Familiar with API standards applicable for the spares.

• Main activities and responsibilities
Sales order process starting from order acceptance up to delivery from Cummins India Plant. Inter departmental activities co ordination to achieve the commitment with global customers.
•Inter continental communications & order proceessing for Cummins entities.
•Follow up with production lines to shedule the required engine families.
•Coordination with planning activities to route & manage the required series of the engines from the plant.
•Co ordination with Engineering for BIS issues and BOQ issues.
•Failure reports, GAP analysis along with team.
•MS - Office, Oracle 11i, DFM / DFA.
•Delivery of engines to Cummins China in record period.
