Master degree in Bussiness psychology. For Master degree I defended topic „ Structure of Social motivation and preferences of leadership styles in the air companies in Serbia. Main subjects: Psychometria, Proffesional Orientation, Recruitment and Proffesional Selection, Adult Learning
On these studies I get a great knowledge of Lows, Safety and Security. Master work was related to Psychological aspects of mobbing.
My master work is related to motivation for learning employees in aviation. Specialist work related to the implementation of the safety menagement in MRO Jat Tehnika. Master work in psichology is related to structure of social motivation and leadership styles.
BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGY. I got the basics for professional Proffesional orientation and selection, Psychometria, Recruitment and Adult Learning. Also completed courses in pedagogy, developmental psychology, business law, education staff activities, organizational psychology etc. I defended the thesis " Difference in achievement motiv between employed and unemployed students, where I did a special topic of adult education.
