-Provide ELL push in and pull out instruction to students. Plan, organize, and provide instruction using the WIDA English Language Development Standards, that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content areas.
-Employ a variety of instructional techniques and teaching strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students, including whole group and smallgroup/individualized instruction.
-Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student responsibility.
