Responsible for Marketing/Branding activities of the In-house and International brands of the company.
Devising the Marketing calendar and overseeing the implementation of the marketing budgets.
Planning and executing the ATL and BTL marketing activities, designing and implementing the tailor-made Visual merchandising solutions / POS, execution of Consumer and Trade promotions.
Responsible for conducting marketing research through in-house research team and the Research agencies.
Media planning and execution - Audio visual (TV/ Radio), billboards and Print.
Identifying new market segments for product development and handling the new product launches.
Handling an independent Profit Centre and responsible for the Profitability, with Sales and Marketing as primary functions.
Handing Sales through Regular and Alternative trade channels, driving Primary and Secondary distribution.
Designing and Implementing the ATL and BTL marketing activities and Brand promotions.
Training and resource management.
Relationship Management with the Accounts at all levels RO/DC/Outlets.
Implementing Trade marketing objectives, brand input plans for business development.
Managing Supply Chain from warehouse to the outlets.
Sales management and Credit Monitoring.
Liaising with the outlets for planning and implementing the activities such as merchandising and visibility.
Training the team for Sales productivity & effective Merchandising.
Generating and analyzing MIS reports for sales planning and stock control through SAP
Handling the Sales and distribution function - Exploring the new markets, appointing and training the dealers.
Achieving the optimum coverage of the market through maximizing the width and depth of coverage.
Planning and implementing the sales promotion activities, brand inputs and product launches.
