Human Resource Officer

Recruitment
• Finalising the job descriptions and positions from the respective departments and advertising the same on online portals.
• Screening candidates CV according to skill matches and telephonic round.
• Doing Initial personal round HR round of Interview to shortlist candidates and Co-ordinating with the respective team leaders for the departmental round.
• Experience in handling national and International recruitments.
• Preparing offer letter and procuring documents required Visa process
• Employee joining and Induction
• Filing documents, maintain and updating HR files and HR system.
• Regular admin related tasks and felicitation of smooth running of office.
• Periodic employee appraisal, performance evaluation of sales, leasing and listing teams according to their achievements.
• Handling employee grievances, day to day issues.
• Issuing Business cards, bank account letters, salary certificates etc
• Handling employee annual and sick leaves, attendance machine configuration, payrolls etc
• Issuing warning, termination letters, exit Interviews during resignations etc
• Preparing full and final settlement according UAE labour laws.
• Conducting exit interviews.
