Key Responsibilities related to HR:

Hire Senior to Junior level resources from Gulf and Overseas across all major industries including Engineering/Construction, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, IT, Telecom, Retail, etc., and in all major
functions.
Network with Clients and candidates, understanding the client’s company culture, products / services, hiring needs and resourcing preferences and feedback.
Sourcing: Search and identify the suitable profiles from internal database and registered job portals for e.g. Naukrigulf, Monster gulf, Dubizzle, etc.
Publish job vacancy ads in suitable media for e.g. Online Newspapers, job portals, social media etc., or through referrals as required.
Headhunting - identifying, approaching and attracting suitable candidates from Linked in and job portals.
Screening - Perform initial screening by telephonic or personal interviews and short listing the right candidates.
Selection - Schedule interviews and assessments schedule with clients, candidate, hiring manager, interview confirmation, follow up on the feedback and results.
Hiring - Briefing the responsibilities, role, negotiate salary, reference check, collect reference documents, verify, issue the offer letters and get signed off.
Data Compliance - Ensure compliance with relevant operational and people risk controls and employment legislation e.g. data protection.
Relationship Management - Effectively manage general queries from clients, candidates, hiring managers and resolve issues promptly and appropriately.
Track the completion of end to end recruitment against deadlines e.g. update tracker, joining letter issue dates, sign off.
Business Development - Involved in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Follow-up, Client Relationship Management, Negotiations, Closure of Business Deals, playing a vital role in bringing business to the local/overseas recruitments.
Knowledge of UAE and Qatar Visa process and Labour Laws.

Process client orders, invoices and payments.
Organize and provide documents, reports, records and information to department and external clients in a useful and well-organized manner.
Create and maintain active files in hard & soft copies and perform basic bookkeeping activities
Schedule travel, coordinate with travel agency to obtain the best possible trip and prepare travel expense reports accordingly
