1. Monitoring of the overall eCommerce supply chain (product flow from multiple business units, content production, stock management and merchandising).
2. Preparation and maintenance of the Management Information system in the form of dashboards, reports, metrics for consolidated business performance summary.
3. Generating and Publishing daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations to the senior stakeholders.
4. Data mining and analysis and give qualitative recommendations for decision making to help drive operational/financial performance.
5. Real time tracking and analyzing of website performance and making merchandising changes.
6. Identifying supply chain anomalies and coordinate with different divisions to resolve issue.
7. Tracking products performance across categories, banner and block performance and product rail performance.
8. Preparing and uploading ranking for products across all categories. Actively tracking performance of ranking post upload.
9. Implementing fixed price promotions, determining which all products should have tags and badges and deciding what type of promotion is feasible to drive more sales via Hybris.
10. Data reconciliation between Hybris and WML system to ensure there are no discrepancies in inventory levels.

Content Management Responsibilities:

1. To liaise with various teams like Merchandising, Tech, Marketing & Graphic Design to deliver quality web content including site banners and refreshing featured products on the site in accordance with brand guidelines.
2. To create promotions, tags, and offers on the site as and when requested by Merchandising and Marketing teams.
3. To train and direct new recruits on the process and the flow of the products upload, site QC & upload.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify content gaps and prioritize content creation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities as Migration Analyst:

1. Performing a detailed analysis on accounts for migration. Liaise with respective country finance teams to get the entire list of accounts maintained in the country.
2. To work with all relevant teams to understand nuances of accounts for migration and derive at the list of accounts for migration.
3. Perform detailed headcount requirement analysis for the migration.
4. Prepare of project implementation plan with responsible person details and timelines.
5. Migrate the accounts for reconciliation which are scoped as migratable with all relevant approvals and documents in place by adhering to the Migration checklist.
6. To provide key inputs to project team and country on system change/new system implementation.
7. Recommend auto-match and reduction of referrals for the accounts which are migrated to Reconciliation Unit (GRU).
8. Handover the reconciliation process with proper documentation to the business teams.
9. Provide support to business teams post migration in case of any issues.

Process Re-engineering Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed study on the current ASIS process performed by GRU (Global Reconciliation Unit) on various processes.
2. Understanding the process carried out in detail and record the same in ARIS.
3. Map the process in ARIS with details on time and systems involved.
4. Document the ASIS process followed in GRU with cycle times.

Unknown Feeds Project:

1. To identify transactions and balances flowing from accounts which are not reconciled on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
2. Liaising with various stakeholders within and outside SC group to identifying the account owners.
3. To perform detailed analysis on transactions flowing into the un-reconciled account and identify the department who is posting entries into these accounts.
4. Migrate the accounts to the business teams for daily, weekly or monthly reconciliation based on the usage of the accounts. In case of new product migration adhere to the migration checklist.
