Preparation of TRAs in line with the scope in coordination with all concerned departments.
Ensure that all TRAs are prepared, signed and distributed in advance before start of the shutdown.
Awareness to all unit in-charges of the TRA requirements at site and ensures all TRA related requirements are available at site
Approval of required PPEs from company HSEF Department
Assign Safety Officers for the investigation of all sub-standard condition, incident etc. and maintain the close out report regularly.
Assign environmental officer to dispose the waste to BeAAT as per company guidelines and ensure that waste is managed properly.
Ensure that the HSE activities are carried out as per COMPANY HSE Control Procedures.
Preparation of the audit checklist and carry out audit as per plan
Ensures the availability of valid TPC of entire mobilized plant and equipment at site.
Recommend disciplinary action against repeated safety procedure violators.
Ensures that first aid center is adequately equipped and functional.
Ensures crane with basket is available at location where Contractor entry permits are taken at work elevation above 40 meters. as agreed by COMPANY
Ensures Hygiene of the messing facility and adequate protection is available at Turnaround village.
Conduct emergency drills as plan
Preparation of route map and its approval COMPANY for truck entry/exit to the Contractors Turnaround laydown facility in consultation with the Rigging In-charge
Identification, marking and communication of all emergency assembly points to workforce.
Availability of sufficient no. of the “Hole watch” and “Fire watch” who are qualified and certified by the 3rd party agency.
Spearheading a team of 26 HSE officers & Road Safety Coordinator for implementation of HSE & Road Safety as per ADNOC HSE Management System, having manpower of more than 2000 for different projects and clients.
Leading the implementation of EHS management plans as per the ADNOC Group guidelines; conducting compliance audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance
