Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, and leading a team of up to 18 Engineers, responsible for overseeing specialist Projects within the region. Working as the Pre Commissioning - Consulting Engineer, the role is two-fold:

Key Responsibilities - Team Management:
- All aspects of promotion, appraisals, disciplinary issues.
- Ensuring direct reports have clarity about their roles and responsibilities.

Ensuring that all safety legislation is adhered to actively participate in all Hydratight Health & Safety policies and practices. Providing constructive solutions to problems. Ensuring safety obligations with clients are carried out as per the terms of the agreements, and communicated to those involved.
