 Responsible for the customer’s having issues with their links such as Internet Browsing is slow. Their link is down (Lease Line, ISDN, IPLC, ATM, FR, MPLS- VPN, and SONET-SDH).
 Handling all the network issues from configuration to their internet, MPLS-VPN which includes Data
 Reporting and analyzing the Design issue in Network and then rectifying it
 Working with Centralized Fault Management Team of NOC
 End to End resolution to the customers when their Link is down, High Latency, Low Reliability etc
 Coordinating with Last Mile Providers like BT, AT&T, SingTel and all the other major players of Telecom in the world.
 Escalating the case to higher levels following the Escalation Matrix.
 Coordinating with our regional teams and dispatching the technicians on site if required.

 Responsible for handling Network issue of Wireless Home Network of clients of McAfee on telephonic support
 Responsible for Router configuration and Antivirus Instillation and Antivirus Removal on client PC remotely
 Working on MacAfee: virus scan, firewall, spam killer, privacy services and wireless home n/w security
 Escalation to Service Provider (BT) if there any Telco issue
 Coordinating with the Service Provider to give the resolution in the provided SLA
