•Dubai Mall - Fashion Avenue Expansion Project
•Jebel Ali Container Terminal 4 - Topside Package

I was leading the Subcontract procurement and administration team and was involved in the following activities:
•Preparation of the procurement schedule based on the project requirements
•Deciding the appropriate procurement route for various packages
•Preparation of Tender and Subcontract documents including Conditions of Contract
•Analyze and prepare Tender Evaluation report, negotiation and finalization of the Subcontractors / Suppliers
•Preparing LoA and Contract agreements for the Subcontractors / Suppliers
•Administer all the post contract functions including valuations and assessment of variations
•Preparing and updating the cash flow statement
•Preparing the Cost Value Reconciliation \[CVR\] report and presenting to the management

Bharti Realty Ltd. is a developer involved in developing mixed use commercial development projects. I was involved in a mall development project. As a part of the Contracts team, I carried out the following activities:
•Assessing and preparing the preliminary tender list
•Assessing the tender returns
•Coordinate and follow up with the consultants team
•Preparing estimates for various works

North East Construction Ltd. was the main contractor executing the construction of 10 blocks of G+4 apartments. The project value was INR 20 Crores.
Was part of the site supervision team and was involved in the following activities:
•Accountable for inspection of works with respect to construction drawings and revalidating the estimates based on the actual site conditions
•Reconciliation of bulk materials - Steel and Concrete
•Assisting in the valuation of works
