Part of the Account Management Team.
Liaising between the client, account management & the designing team is my key chore.
Responsible for servicing the existing clientele base & acquiring new business from the market.
Handling & working on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Working & Liaising with the sister company Marhaba for new enquiries/ business.
Working closely with the vendors from different sectors like Printing, Newspapers, Radio Channels for Media Buying & Media Booking.
Preparing quotations & getting approvals from the clients to get the new business.
Getting clearance & approvals on the artworks & sending it for printing.
Registering Dana PR as a new vendor / supplier in all the ministries & government bodies to participate in tenders.
Responsible for creating & developing Sales pitches, tools, strategies & tactics to serve new & existing clients.
Developing & Innovating new content marketing revenue streams & also finalizing revenue stream strategies.
Registering in Ministries & other government, private & public-sector entities.
Updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) & maintaining & monitoring databases.
Facilitate Email Newsletter strategy by compiling databases from all the sister concern companies like 60 degrees, Forbes Associates & A101.
Attending press conferences & other media news related events as the face of the company.
Liaising with editorial & creative teams to meet the client’s requirements & managing own content & social media strategies.
Creating articles for the blog related to market development and challenges in Qatar.
Creating needs for Digital in the form of podcasts, 2D & 3D videos, animation films etc.
Building relationship with the clients around Doha market to acquire new business for Interior Fit out jobs, Carpentry & Joinery, Stainless Steel & Marine Division & present concept of final designs & discuss the budget with the contractors & the clients.
After the project is awarded, preparation of the shop designs with the help of draughtsman, supervising & monitoring the execution are the key to successful completion of the project.
Obtaining the completion certificate & follow up for the final payment is also a part of smooth execution.
with the security service division where we dealt with ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems for acquiring new business. Scope of Work: Testing, Commissioning, Supply & Installation of a project.
Dealt with Government, Semi Government & Private players for generating revenue. Achieving targets through sales without having to compromise on ethics or quality of the products & services.
Fire Suppression System (Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting) was also a part of the package.
Key Role in covering market with hotels like Grand Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Marriott Group, Hilton, Radisson Blu, Movenpick, Concorde, Chairmen Hotel to name a few and contractors like Arabian MEP, Trags Engineering, Qatariana Commercial, Mughal Contractors
