1. Erection of the products which include - Sectional over head doors, rolling shutters, sliding and speed doors, IRSP and Harman doors with MEP services(Installation & Commissioning) Automatic Industrial Doors, Loading Equipments (Dock Levellers & Dock Shelters) & Traffic Gate Barriers.
2. Identifying the Requirements from the Client & making a cost effective estimation to suit their requirement
3. Responsible for the Technical Scope of the Products which include - Taking site measurements, Preparations of the Quotations, Confirmation orders, Making Product compliances in reference to the Project Specification.
4. In addition, scope of work includes-Raising of material requests, interaction with related departments(Production, Purchase, Stores & Dispatch)
5. Responsible for new & existing product developments.
6.Assisting with Sales department in catering to the Client Requirements & offering workable solutions
7. Knowledge of Insulation used in the MEP/HVAC section .Handling Technical Dept of the Sister Concern Company -Bin Ghurair trading LLC, Dubai (Joint Venture with Resolco International BV, Holland)
8. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
9. Working with MS Dynamics ERP Module - Navision and PICS software’s.
