As Project Control Manager
o Estimation of Project Budget with priorities and performing within the project costing.

As Maintenance Planning In-charge
o Preventive Maintenance Planning and implementation for heavy mining machineries, mineral beneficiation plants in SAP PM including arrangement of Spares, Resources & Man Power to increase equipment’s reliability.
o Review of Notifications, creation of work Orders, Planning & Scheduling with materials arrangements.
o Spare parts planning, alternate Vendor & Contractor evaluations with Purchase Departments in SAP PM.
o Conducting weekly meetings about Work orders closing, review on pending orders, PM stoppage (PM02/PM03) arrangements with respective departments.
o Reviewing of Inspection reports & preparation of action plan of heavy mining machineries and plant equipment’s.
o Implementing RCFA, conditional monitoring like Vibration & Oil analysis, Thermography, Thickness testing.
o Maintaining & controlling of yearly Maintenance/ Project Budgets.
o Complete study, estimation, total budget on Refurbishment of equipment and machines to enhance the production needs.
o Knowledge in materials & service codes, aware of other related SAP modules.
o Five year programs & Annual Maintenance Capex Budget Estimate preparation with team and submitting to management.
o Preparation of Engineering Service report to Management and conducting weekly meetings in different departments.

Planning Engineer/ Planning Manager with Al-Suwaidi (KSA) & Descon Engineering (Qatar)
o Responsible in Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring of projects including Procurement as per construction scope.
o Preparation of manpower histograms and resources requirements.
o Work closely with Construction team & Sub-contractor of their WBS Levels to ensure compliance with all Project Milestones, critical interfaces and adherence to the Project Control Procedure.
o Develop weekly and monthly reporting formats/ reports and “S” curves in conjunction with the Site control manager.
o Update program of works and issue look ahead schedule to each discipline & explaining the targets in upcoming weeks.

o Reviewing all project drawings, documentation, calculations, technical evaluations and manpower estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness as per standards, codes & specifications.
o Responsibilities include assisting on planning, conducting and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives in a timely, cost-effective fashion in coordination with all discipline/ departments.
o Arranging Work Permits, heavy Crane lift Permits and ensuring on the execution of project works with all safety parameters.
o Organize, installation, erection and alignment of equipment (Static/ Rotary) with project team & QC.
o Organizing pipeline activities of collecting the materials, welding, foundation & supports with piping crews.
o Prepare and conduct piping hydro testing works as per QC requirements.
o Responsible for all tie-in and shutdown activities of hot tapping and cold cutting.
