•Collect /analyze business requirements / challenges, design and implement Archer applications / questionnaires to best fit as per business needs
•Building Competant teams for handling end to end Archer requirements in all solutions
•Providing Technical solutions to configuration team as and when it requires.
•Conduct end users Archer training's and Admin Training's
•Working with COE teams to generate new leads in GRC space
•Develop POC and Demos for New teams onboarding to Archer

•Lead meetings with Working group and Steering committee to discuss the Strategy, Planning and major Enhancements
•Publish weekly metrics to Senior Management about the SLA’s of the request and Engagements

•Helps Business Analyst while driving the requirement gathering for Archer Engagements
•Configure SBE and Engagements in Archer without any delay and impact to business
•Engage Archer Professional Services
•Manage Data feeds and Data Imports

•Communicating onsite team about impact analysis and changes in requirement Definition Document.
•Code review for team members tasks
