• Coordinate all related construction matters with Subcontractor/Consultant/Client.
• Resolve technical problems at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
• Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors.

Project: Framework Contract for Landscape and Beautification work for Ashghal (PWA) Landscape Projects includes construction of Hard and soft landscape and Irrigation network system and Electrical works related to project including Haritage Monumental structure relocation as directed by Beautification Committee. Responsibilities as follows
• Attend Site visits and obtain clients requirements to develop the design layout to get preliminary approval to start detail design.
• Obtain necessary information, approvals/ NOC from Authorities and other parties related to project.
• Liaise with consultants, client, sub-contractors, and coordinate to site activities arrangement and ensure effective teamwork.
• Prepare material take-off from approved plan to submit the project cost estimation for client budget approval.

Sea water intake structures, drainages and roads for the entire petro chemical plant. Roads and rigid pavements with duct banks and other road facilities.
