Overall incharge of accounts. Preperation of MIS reports viz., Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Receivables and Payables on monthly basis. Preperation of statutory reports for monthly VAT returns. Entire documentation for VAT returns.
Doing internal Auditing and submitting report to the client. Attending VAT & Service tax matters with the Assessing Authorities. Has full knowledge at Appellate / Tribunal levels.
Responsible for Statutory book-keeping. Finalise all tax payments, submission of relevant periodical returns to the Government of Republic of Angola.

Joined this company as an Accounts Trainee in Mar 1990, promoted as Accounts Officer in Apr 1992, promoted as Accounts Manager for Bangalore branch in Feb 1998 responsible for South Central Region, promoted as Regional Accounts Manager for the merged Southern Region (South Central Region merged with Southern Region during Apr 2000) during Nov 2000. Has successfully completed all the Sales Tax matters up to assessments. Specialized exposure in matters connected to the opening of a new branch/office. Also with regard to closing of an office/branch. Full knowledge with regard to Income Tax, Sales Tax, VAT, CST, Service tax. From the level of periodical returns to the level of assessment/scrutiny.
Was working as an Assisstant i the Personnel Department. Making experience certificates, maintaining personal files, typing letters, entering date with regard to applications received for vacancy advertisements for analysis by the superiors, co-ordinating with Marketing, Maintenance, Finance departments for inputs with regard to selection process.
Commerce, Financial Accounting, Income Tax, Secretarial Practice, Business Economics. Done six weeks internship in a public limited company during vacation of 2nd year of degree, as part of caricullam.
