Execution, Supervision and Responsible for Production & Process operations of Crude Separation & Stabilization unit & Utilities with Inlet manifold, Inlet separators, Well testing by Test separator, Electrostatic Coalescer, Crude oil & Water strippers, Re-boilers, Hot water & Hot Oil heating system, Fuel gas scrubbers, Flare Knock out drums, Flare stack Blowers, Gas compressor, Gas sweetening unit, Gas Generators, Instrument air compressors, Water & Oil storage, Export and transfer pumps, Water injection system, Export Metering skids, Operations of DCS control room panel controlled by Yokogawa Centum VP.
Worked in Pre- Commissioning & Commissioning of New CPF -2 with 2 trains has a capacity of 45K each, with Oil separation and Stabilization units, Crude storage, Crude Oil export & Metering system. Sulphur Recovery Unit - LOCAT (Supplied by Merichem), Operations of DCS control room panel controlled by Emerson Delta V DCS.
Duties & Responsibilities : Production & Process operations and Troubleshooting of WHPT’s - Surface equipments of Oil, Water Injection and Gas injection Well Heads, Well testing by Test separator & Coriolis meter, MPFM, Fuel gas system, ESD Well head Hydraulic control panels and valves. Pigging operations, Periodical check of F & G and ESD Function test as per Cause & Effect matrix. Liaise and Control field operation of mammoth facilities. Start up and Shut down of WHPT’s.
Execution of Periodical well integrity checks of X-Mass tree SSSV & SSV and all valves, Dead arm flushing and Annulus survey as per WIMS. Pigging operations of Oil, Water and Gas lines. Plugged well survey’s, Follow up of Preventive maintenance and SIMOPS activities.
Execution of daily production & process activities according to planning schedule, Chemical handling, Storage, Injection and Consumption.
Follow up the daily production and perform the necessary checks of parameters for any deviations to meet the oil production targets.
Conducting Daily Tool Box meeting as per HSE policy.
Well versed in PTW & Permit coordination and auditing the PTW for achieving safe operation.
Procedure updating and planning for the routine operation including first level maintenance according to HSE policy
