Responsibilities:
Managing a group of Process engineers/designers with respect to technology/engineering
design for all Projects. Proposals
Key Projects Handled:
• IN 2014 MV 29- Sour gas treatment for ModeC as EPC for Petrobras as end user-sour gas
treatment of 300mmscfd of gas to get sweet gas to run the gas turbine for power plant. -
Value of project is 25 MM$ with equipment supply along with I/C piping.
• In 2015 ENI ZOHR fast track project for Egypt -Sour gas treatment and “S” production -
ENPPI as EPC and ENI/Petrobel as end user location at Egypt.
Consist of 4 process packages starting from sour gas treatment by amine technology and
extracting elemental sulfur from acid gas stream using Thiopaq desulphurization
technology.
We design and fabricate and put agreement to operate the plant for 2 years with PGT
guarantee and the plant at Egypt is running now with full production and it opens door to
schlumberger to enter Egypt market. -Value of project is 180MM$ with all 4 packages
equipment and BOP along with ops contract.
Schlumberger-Private
• In 2018 PDO Thiopaq desulphurization and sour gas treatment FEED study -submitting all
engineering deliverables to PDO-value of FEED study 2MM$ project
• In 2018-Exterran Thiopaq project-Basrah gas company as End user and Exterran as
contractor 88MT of Sulphur removal. -Value of project would be 75 mm$ with all 3 plants
of thiopaq technology and equipment supply.
• In 2018-ONGC R 13 series -NPCC as EPC/advision as technology acceptor and ONGC as
end user.
• Solid Bed adsorption technology /liquid scavengers technology to remove gas and
condensate H2S from 7500PPM to 250 PPM at outlet gas and condensates and these two
technologies are drivers and had good technology edge over other competitors to win this
project-Value of project is 30MM$ with technology and engineering design along with
catalyst supply after exhaustion of 126days for 3 years contract

• Reviewing of Line Schedule.
• Utilities sizing & Tie-in Summary preparation.
• Preparation of process equipment/instrument data sheets
Responsibilities:
• Line Sizing, Pump Hydraulics, and review of critical loop hydraulics.
• Sizing of Process equipment like storage tanks, Pumps etc.
• Preparation and review of P&ID, PFD, HMB.
• Preparation of Line Schedule.
• Chemical and Auxiliaries consumption calculations.
• Utilities sizing & Tie-in Summary preparation
• Providing process inputs to other disciplines
• Preparation of equipment and Instrument process data sheets
• Review and approval of process calculation report (equipment sizing & hydraulic
calculations)
• Preparation and updating of philosophy documents and Operating Manuals
• Preparation of Detailed project report.
• Review of vendor offers and operating procedure for package/skid items
• Preparation and updating of As-built P&IDs
Operating Pilot plant to support R&D department to achieve the desired product quality.
• Operating the bulk production plant.
• Shut down & Maintenance of the plant

• Monitoring all the parameters and preparation of reports.
• Erection and Commissioning of multiple evaporator system, heat exchangers, adiabatic
evaporators, pumps, coolers, purifiers and etc.

• Preparation of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedure, philosophy documents,

• Preparation of start-up and shut down procedure
