• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, defining Inspection requirements and ensure the utilization of appropriate Inspection techniques.
• Maximize the use of appropriate and cost effective non-invasive Inspection methodologies to provide optimized plant up-time.
• Provide effective management and leadership to the Project Integrity team and ensure the personal and technical development of team members.
• Responsible for the delivery of Integrity Management and Inspection services for Lifting Equipment’s and the development of project strategy documentation, risk assessments and written schemes of examination.
• Liaise effectively with support disciplines, review, interpret, and approve the documents submitted by supplier OEM like Kone, Stahl, and Ace Cranes for new installation and erection as per required specifications by MEW.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching of the team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge application.
• Interface with engineering and projects to support development of work scope packages and ensure that reliability and maintainability are inherent risk.
• Verification/Thorough Examination of Ship-to-shore(STS), Rubber Tyre gantry(RTG), Rail mounted gantry(RMG), Ship loader/unloader, Stacker, Harbor cranes, On-shore cranes, Workshop cranes, such as shipyard goliath cranes, hoists, ringer cranes, Mobile Cranes such as Truck-Mounted Crane, All Terrain Crane, Rough Terrain Crane, and Lorry Loaders, Industrial Forklifts, Electric Lifts, Elevators, Passenger/Material Lift.

• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with Company LIM standards, HSE procedures including Projects, Contractor-items at Onshore Locations.
• Assuring all critical lifting activities have a plan, are approved prior to work commencement and necessary documentation (checklist, risk assessments) are in place as per the LIM.
• Verification/Thorough Examination of Goliath/Semi Goliath Crane, Electrically Operated Overhead travelling Crane, Slewing Jib Cranes, Davits, and Runway Beams.
• Verification/Thorough Examination of Hand Powered Equipments such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist, Winches, beam trolleys, Snatch block and Hydraulic Jacks.
• Verification/Thorough Examination of Lifting Gears such as Wire rope sling, Shackles, Hooks, Sheave blocks, Coupling link, Master link/Assembly, Webbing Slings and Non-fixed Load Attachments etc.
• To Co-ordinate and manage Heavy lifting activities as per BSEN & ASME Standards& RASGAS regulations.
• Review of Plans and Procedures for critical heavy lifts and witnessing of heavy lift operations.

• Reviewing of engineered lifts and/or heavy lift plan and ensure it compliance with local governments' safety standards and regulations,
