Quad Joint Pipes - Oil field production flow line piping of 14000 Tons for 70 Km long. Processes include pipe fabrication, sheathing insulation, insertion, swaging, vacuuming pressure reduction, coating and painting.
Bundle Hybrid Offset Raiser - Oil field Sub-sea structure, Riser (BHOR) Tower height of 1300 m (4000 T) to connect the production, gas lift, and water injection flow lines to the Girasol FPSO. Projects pertains structural, piping with high pressure hydro test, marine works like channel preparation and dredging etc.
Foundation Manifold Modules, Piles, Flexible Jumpers, Spools, Structures & spools for the Top sides.
Duties and Responsibilities at the present employment :
1. Preparation of base line Schedule to obtain the approval from the Client.
2. Daily progress monitoring and reporting of Structural, Piping, equipments, marine works, civil works.
3. Schedule updating, to prepare Look ahead plans, compare with Base line plan, and highlight the lagging if any.
4. Effective utilization of progress curves for all the progress monitoring activities.
5. Weekly and Monthly progress reporting of activities pertains to HSE, Engineering, Procurement, construction, Man power, Man hours and QA / QC.
6. To liaison with the cost- controller for the links between the progress, schedule and the cost control aspects.
7. Monitor the man power utilization & control on the weekly man-hours reports.

3.In order to implement the incentive scheme for shop floor, about 3500 Tons of fabrication Drgs, man- hours requirement arrived with an accuracy of 95 %.
