LIN SCAN has been serving the oil and gas industry worldwide providing in-line inspection, repair activities and integrity support services for more than a decade.
Responsibilities;
• Total outsourcing of the Electronic Products used in the tools
• Setting up of manufacturing unit in India.
• Vendor development of the mechanical as well as electronic units.
• Procurement of PU machines, PU oven, Lathe machine, CNC machine etc
• Procurement of the Mechanical spare parts.
• Procurement of all stationary items as well as safety items.
• Procurement of Molds for Peek injection Molding Machine.
• Procurement of Peek Injection Molding Machine.
• Reporting to MD.
Mcdermott INC is in the business of providing engineering, construction, installation
& project management services to offshore oil and gas field developments worldwide.
Lead a group of Production Engineers to execute the Projects for Saudi Aramco, BP, Shell, ADMA OPCO.
• Was Lead E&I Production Engineer.
• Reporting to Senior Operation Engineer
• Leading a team of 5nos of Engineers.
• Constructability checks on design drawings.
• Issue of work packs along with materials for fabrication and yard activities.
• Raising Revision orders for additional works which are not estimated.
• Monthly estimation of yard man-hrs based on drawings.
• Raising site query for variations from the design standards.
• Attend client auditing and internal auditing as and when required.
• Report yard progress on a weekly basis through PIMS.
• Attend weekly yard, PMT and 4 week look ahead meetings.
• Identify material shortage and order as when required.
• Issue of cable drum schedule after assigning drum nos
• Was a Lead hook-up engineer for Aramco TP-18 hook-up Campaign.
• Leading a hook-up team of 25 Personnel and was in-charge of the ship.
• Timely completion of the hook-up through meticulous planning and execution of the task.
• Before that was a Lead Production E&I engineer for 5 Aramco Off-shore Platforms.
• Co-ordination of Engineering, construction and procurement activities.
• Ensuring timely availability of materials and drawings for timely execution of the project.
• Progress reporting in weekly basics and man-power planning for yard activities.
• Estimation of AFC Man-hrs.
• Preparation of hook-up MTO and task listing.
• I am also responsible for all pre-com activities of Saudi Aramco Platforms.
• It includes Pre-com of ESD, Manifold, Drain & slope, Nav-aid, AC distribution, lighting & small power systems.
• Co-ordination with PMT and Client for resolving technical/Contractual issues.
• Vendor co-ordination for all Pre-com activities.
• To attend weekly Progress meetings with Client & PMT.
Have graduated from University of Delhi and have thorough Knowledge on Field instruments , DCS and ESD Systems. Worked with all kinds of Pressure, Temperature, Level and Temperature instruments.
