- Developed scope and budget for the design and implementation of a sales force automation system across 8 countries.
- Finalised business requirements by facilitating a workshop and reviewing all related processes across sales, marketing, supply chain and finance departments.
- Led a series of cross-functional meetings and one-on-one sessions with end users to explain the opportunities of the new system, analyse BAU impact for each user group and manage their key concerns around change.

- Coordinated cross-functional business process mapping across sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service, HR and finance departments related to the introduction of GST in Malaysia.
- Conducted requirements gathering workshops to gain understanding of current business processes and determine the ERP system and policy changes required for GST compliance. KPMG audit confirmed compliance of all future processes.
- Led a series of trainings and workshops on the concept of business process mapping (based on BPMN standards) and provided on-going support to 6 functional leads and 20 SMEs. Reviewed all process maps to ensure consistency and quality within agreed timelines.
- Maintained overall control of process mapping scope by building a detailed spreadsheet model of the key details for all processes, ensuring a traceable structure across process levels.
- Bridged communication between business and technical teams, aligning process maps and system solution, leading to successful user acceptance testing and go-live. No change requests required post go-live.
- Supported the programme director by consolidation of a change control schedule, following up with the project teams to ensure on time delivery of key milestones.

- Analysed primary and secondary literature for microalgae-based production of transportation fuels, to summarize the established technologies and potential breakthrough innovations.
- Designed a conceptual process for the production of microalgae-based transportation fuels, including different options for downstream processing.
- Built a spreadsheet model of the process, standardising technical parameters and sensitising key assumptions in order to establish its commercial viability.
- Evaluated different cost and environmental sustainability scenarios, determining required economies of scale and optimal downstream processing method.
