(Receiving Contractor, Subcontractor, Vendor Documents)

Receiving document transmittals from Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendor documents) check from previous submission if comment is initiated / incorporated. If incorporated a CRS from previous revision should be mentioned. Do the cross checking before creating and circulating email to Approvers / Reviewers if date, document class, issue purpose, revision, contractors CRS and details in the Transmittal are exact on the physical document attached. Stamp on the date received and process. Check if the document are aligned to the distribution names before sending and if not then check on discipline heads to get the correct distribution matrix. Documents received are then uploaded to web base system Sharepoint so the Approver / Reviewers may source out copies for checking and review. Prepare document overdue report every Tuesday for any outstanding deliverable that need to be closed out on the given scheduled deadline. Update Incoming register regularly after processing documents. Scan transmittal cover and attached to each individual folder in the system and check-in.

Receiving document transmittals from MedGulf Subcontractor, (MAR, TQ, Prequalification Documents, Method Statements & Engineering Drawings/ Deliverables) put circulation stamp and update in the system as per assigned discipline. Prepares weekly Material Approval Request & Technical Query Status Report for outstanding list that are not yet replied for disciplines action. Receives Transmittal from Company to be updated in the system and be circulated around for disciplines action/review. Receives Vendor document transmittals from DCC Doha for RasGas submission and dispatched in the system after acceptance from RasGas DCC.

• Updates data entry for Outgoing/Incoming document from RasGas and Subcontractor. Log Sheet registration & update of Master Document Register in RFS wise (each deliverables). Upon receiving the acknowledgement receipt from RasGas we then check deliverables as per logsheet and scan and forward to DCC Doha. Receiving subcontractor deliverables per RFS & subcontractor wise. We then review and put circulation stamp. Log, Scan and distribute to assigned Team Leaders for review then original documents to be circulated to disciplines in Doha / Site for their action. Weekly preparation of outstanding document list as per RFS and send to disciplines thru email and follow-up.
