1. Prepares shop drawings of electrical services / works and coordinate with all the civil, structural, architectural works / finishes of the project to ensure compliance with all the regulatory requirements.

2. Prepares, reviews and submit all the electrical materials submittals, proposals and samples.

3. Implements the contract documents, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site.

4. Inspects all the electrical materials delivered to project site for compliance as per approved materials data / samples.

5. Prepares, checks and submit completed progress percentages of all electrical activities to the client / CM for monthly payment applications.

6. Checks quality of electrical works to ensure full compliance with the contract specification requirements and approvals.

7. Attends regular progress meetings with client, CM, contractors, suppliers, etc.

8. Reviews and submit 'As Built drawings' and Manuals.

B. Q4 and Q7 Streetlighting and beutification project - Kuwait Municipality
C. Dubai Airport terminal 3 - Seimens Demaitc & Swisslog

1. Supervise and inspect installation as well as coordinate work activity with other subcontractors/ client and maincontractor.

2. Monitor and submit progress report to senior engineers/ project manager to ensure compliance of the installation with the design drawings and specification requirement.

3. Prepares cost estimates, material take-offs for engineering projects, material & construction activities.

4. Inspect material deliveries to ensure compliance with the drawings and material specifications.

5. Attend testing and commissioning of Installation and ensure that the systems are as per project requirement.

1.Source out prices/quotations from electrical & mechanical suppliers/ manufacturers for engineering and budgetary estimates and project cost summaries for bidding and construction.

2.Prepares and follow up purchase orders of materials for local and international projects.

3.Prepares price data base of electrical and mechanical devices & equipments as well as civil material.

4.Provide progress reports to purchasing manager/ project manager of materials purchased and deliveries of the project.

5.Conduct site inspection of manufacturers production plant and factories for pre-qualifications. As well as attend product presentations, seminars & workshop.

1.Prepares budgetary estimates and project cost summaries that involves material take-off, material cost request for various turn key projects for bidding and construction.

2. Prepares preliminary project schedules as per contract documents and specifications using Primavera (P3), MS Project and excel spreadsheet.

3. Handles critical and basic engineering services but not limited to calculation and estimates of the system.

4.Attends pre-bid and clarification meeting with clients, consultants and contractors.

5.Conduct site inspection and quantity surveying for project execution.
