• Responsible for the development of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, firefighting, Irrigation and storm water service designs, encompassing concept design, schematic design, detailed design, as well as preparing designs for Issued for Tender (IFT) and Issued for Construction (IFC) stage.
• Proactively address unforeseen technical challenges and potential issues that may surface at any stage of the project.
• Entrusted with the task of performing HVAC design load calculations in accordance with ASHRAE, NFPA and local standards.
• Conduct heat load calculations for HVAC systems using HAP software
• Develop duct network designs adhering to both SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.
• Entrusted with the development of smoke management strategies in compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, and local regulations.
• Design firefighting systems in accordance with both NFPA standards and local regulations.
• Conduct hydraulic calculations for the firefighting network using Fire Elite software.
• Design Pipe sizing and sprinkler arrangement in accordance with both NFPA standards and local regulations.
• Prepare the design and perform calculations for the water supply system, ensuring compliance with international standards (such as IPC, UPC, IP, PES, etc.) and adherence to local regulations.
• Prepare the design and perform calculations for Drainage system, ensuring compliance with international standards (such as IPC, UPC, IP, PES, etc.) and adherence to local regulations.
• Prepare the design and perform calculations for the Storm water system, ensuring compliance with international standards (such as IPC, UPC, IP, PES, etc.) and adherence to local regulations.
• Design the sizing and routing of the water supply, drainage, and storm water piping systems in compliance with international standards (including IPC, UPC, IP, PES, etc.) and in adherence to local regulations.
• Develop irrigation network designs in accordance with international standards and local requirements.
• Assigned with the task of reviewing detailed shop drawings for HVAC, firefighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Entrusted with the development of bill of quantities for HVAC, firefighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Ensure that tasks are completed in line with the provided drawings and specifications, while also managing all related documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Project Manager, providing reports and updates specifically related to the mechanical aspects of the project
