• Greet warmly and graciously all guests upon arrival.
• Answer the phone in accordance with hotels standards.
• Providing guests with all necessary information about restaurant
• Answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties
• Ensure the quantity of menus is sufficient to cater to the number of guests
• Be knowledgeable with regards to operating hours of all food and beverage outlets, any promotions/events
