- greeting guests and checking passenger documentation/profiling the guests upon check in
-To check passengers in using a computer based system, issuing boarding cards and baggage labels.
-assisting passengers in the boarding gate
-charging passenger in their excess baggage or upselling
-applying airline and airport safety and security regulation\
-assisting passengers with their experience in the airport through out their journey .
