1 Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance and
create maintenance procedures.
2 Supervise and coordinate technical staff working
by shifts and ensure all works are carried out in a
timely manner
3 Diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns.
4 Manage stocks of supplies, tools and equipment.
5 Understand and update technical drawings.
6 Ensure all technicians are briefed and understand
the hazards, risks and protective measures to be
taken before they start their work.
7 Ensure all technicians undertake correct PPEs
before start their work.
8 Follow client/company policies and statutory
regulations.
9 Follow permit to work system.
10 Perform HSEQ inspections and collaborate with
HSEQ Department to provide answer to client’s
complaints, inspections, audits etc.

preventive and corrective actions

Responsibilities :
1 Maintaining day to day activities and preparing
DPR & DLR.
2 Management of project planning and execution of
project activity.
3 Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Running
bills.
4 Preparing Project report and Procurement
schedule.
5 Managed efficiently a team of engineer, foremen,
and workers under me.
6 Preparing and submitting schedule for the project
and tracking the work as per theschedule.
7 Execution of all construction activities of building
with Masonry, & finishing works, Concreting,
Reinforcement & Shuttering etc.,
8 Participated actively in weekly/biweekly site client
meetings to discuss Project construction progress,
Technical issues at site, construction schedule and
safety & environmental precautions.
9 Performed field testing for materials by
conducting sampling and testing in accordance
with standard specifications.
10 Preparing and raising MIR and IR for work done at
site from the client Quality control/Quality
assurance department
11 Inviting quotations from vendors for materials and services
Project : Construction of Residential Villas and Honda Showroom
Client : Manasarovar Honda, Chennai (India).
Responsibilities:
1 Monitoring the daily activities with respect to the
planning schedule.
2 Study project drawing and to be totally aware of
the same, check architectural and
structural drawing for conformity aware.
3 Effectively managing manpower, material,
machinery and sub contractor at site.
4 Daily coordination with surveyor, supervisor,
foreman, store keeper and supporting the project
manager.
5 Preparing and raising MIR and IR for work done at
site from the client Quality control/Quality
assurance department.
6 Preparing and sending DLR & DPR to the head of
the project.
7 Checking BBS, shuttering and other related works
at site.
8 Field test conducted such as concrete test,
concrete cube test, fine aggregate, coarse
aggregate, bricks etc…
9 Generation of progress and cost reports
daily/weekly/monthly as needed and also
maintaining quality checklist and approval of all
works.
