Structures, bidding to ensure compliance of design to building codes and integration
of designs and drawings with different disciplines, delivery of project …etc.
• Coordination with the external stakeholders, the managers and experts of the
engineering department and the program departments to develop Urban Interface
concepts which clearly identify unambiguous interfaces between railway and other
modes of transport.

• Reporting to the Design Manager, manage 10 staff and responsible for the design of
projects including preparation of shop drawings, detailed drawings, municipality
approvals, coordination with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Management of the design and construction team for the Metro project including
design, coordination meetings, consultant liaison, review of drawings, material
submittals and interpretation of free zone rules and regulations for key projects.

• Reporting to the Director, 40 staff managed and were responsible for the oversight of the design and detailed design development stage of projects including coordination with clients, contractors, government and consultants with ongoing client interface.
• Lead concept and design developments to tender design stages and implement sustainable strategies as part of Green Building design and as the Principal Team Leader as a LEED AP.
• Design and tender development including design verification and ongoing site supervision.
• Oversight of a team of architects in concept design and detailed design strategies achieving LEED credits and ensuring LEED certification for the building.

• For the Row Housing project, responsible for producing design development drawings, detailed drawings, perspectives, site visits and tender formulation.
• For the Kalsar College project, responsible for the development of the concept, design development and detailed design phase of the project.
