• Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Client, Contractors, Internal departments & Suppliers. Guiding, Reviewing and ensuring compliance to quality and electrical safety regulations, codes and practices for all the Projects.
• Managing the projects with clear scope, cost and time constraints.
• Meeting customer requirements.
• Meeting quality requirements.
• Maintaining Issue log, Lessons learned register, Risk registers, etc.
• Testing and commissioning of the project, Develop operation & maintenance manuals, As-Built drawings and load schedule.
• Documenting all the records with customer acceptance.
• Successful handover of the project in acceptable manner to customer.

• Undertake execution of MEP activities for commercial buildings, hotels and restaurants, medical school etc. install and maintain various electrical systems.
Team leader and Managing the team for successful completion of the project on time meeting customer requirements and project specifications in a acceptable quality manner.
• Convert project design specifications into material requirements, Finalise Materials and Equipments as per specifications.
• Prepare load schedule for the project.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyor for Progress payment, variations and other contracts related activities.
Co-ordination with other services.
• Select and coordinate with capable vendors. Select premium products as per project specifications and procure from reliable suppliers with assured performance guarantee.
• Coordinate with other departments and review progress of the project electrical activities.
• Test and commission the electrical systems & develop operation & maintenance manuals and As-Built drawings and load schedule & Evaluate BOQ.
• Identify and rectify faults in the electrical system and Control boards.
• Submit and follow up for the payment of completed work.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Client, Contractors, Internal departments & Suppliers. Develop electrification concept and combine it with architectural drawings and firm up working drawings.
• Guide, Review and ensure compliance to quality and electrical safety regulations, codes and practices for all the Projects.
