 Receives and Inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase requisition/ purchase orders.
 Physical Stock Verification align with System on daily basis
 Receive and verify materials, or supplies against specifications and quantity requested.
 Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
 Plan, schedule and Dispatch on-site deliveries of requested materials
 Ensuring sufficient stock levels in the warehouse to avoid stock out
 Preparation of ASN, PICK LIST, PACK SLIP, INVOICE & Customs Documents Border (Retail & Export)
 Verify container BOE & Product Documents (Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin)
 Preparing the shipments based on daily dispatch plan.

 Dispatches commence within the given time frame.
 Stock allocation and Ship out as per dispatched plan, preparing packing list and Delivery note for shipment
 Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
 Ensure Materials are stored at the appropriate storage area and maintained at the right classification

1.Stock Receiving - stock checking Physical (Pro & Exp & Required Qty) and Receive through in system based on LPO and Invoice (Food & Non Food ) .

2. Storing( Frozen, Chiller, Dry),

3.Dispatching the Stock based on Customers orders (stock allocation and prepare the pick lists and shipped & prepare the Delivery Notes, Invoice other Required Documents)

4. Handling to Delivering 20thousend to 25thousand Cases in every Day to Restaurants.

5.Managing inventory( Stock checking and Counting )

6. Handling 20K Pallets(Frozen and Chilled, Dry & Wrapping).

7.Responsibilities of loading and unloading operations.

8. Transportation Rules and regulations in UAE roads and permits.

9. Communications to customers ( Goods delivery issues or customers returns relatives of Delivery).
