Human Resources Coordinator (Generalist) في Landmark Group Ltd

Talent Acquisition:
• Focus on all kind of management hiring (shortlisting, scheduling, interview, selection, negotiation and offer acceptance.
• Analyze data to contribute to strategic planning and projects, as well as set an action plan accordingly in order to answer staffing needs
• Manpower planning.
• Support the Visa Process for Global Hires from various countries.
• Support the corporate Talent Supply Manager in hiring the middle and senior management positions.
• Handled end to end resourcing process including sourcing of CVs, screening, scheduling and follow up, conducting interviews, salary comparators & internal benchmarking, salary fitment and negotiation etc

HR Operations:
• Drive payroll input process for 2000 employees on monthly basis.
• Analysis data of HRMS Updation as per payroll cycle (New joinees, Location transfer, seperations & bank accounts)
• Enable management of employee requests on an on-going basis like vacation requests, transfers, employee certificates, etc.
• Manage the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. i.e. Effective management of exit interviews, full and final settlement, etc.
• Single point of contact for Entry of leave data ( HRMS & OAMS ).

Leave Management:

• SPOC for Leave Management Process
• Dealing with travel vendors for employees annual air tickets
• Plan & maintain Annual leave planning.

Culture Building & Employee Relations

• Introduce Employee Recognition Programmes such as Employee of the month, Long Service Award, etc.
• Assist Concept Managers in implementing various initiatives like O-Shark, WOW Programme, Employee of the Month, etc.
• Organize Social Events such as Annual Staff Party & Family Day, Games & Sports/ Competitions.
• Store Visit on regular basis to ensure that staff are comfortable & are adhering to Company’s norms.


MIS Management:
• Prepare Manpower Planning & HR Report on monthly basis for the Management.
• Analysis data of HRMS Updation as per payroll cycle (New joinees, Location transfer, salary, seperations & bank accounts)
• Tabulation and verification of monthly payroll data
• 100% updation of database in HRMS to ensure successful implementation for HRKonnekt for Band 6 and above online appraisals.
• Maintaining sanctity of data through constant audit.


Champion of HR Policy & Processes:
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the territory.
• Implementation of TOMS, Leave/Comp Off Management and Exit Management Policies.

Exit Management:
• On time management of Exit process as per Landmark Policy
• Handling of disciplinary cases like Terminations, Discontinuity of services etc.
• Management of Exit Interviews Database Management

Induction, Training & Development
• Monthly Induction workshops for new incumbents.
• Distribution of Employee Services Handbook to new entrants to familiarize them about the Company, Service Rules & Benefits and Concept's operations immediately on joining.
• Attitudinal based Training workshops • Management Development Programme for Concept Manager/ Departmental Managers.

Performance Management

• Facilitate the performance management process in theTerritory
• Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Territory
• Create a culture of setting goal, timely review and feedback among the senior employees and head of functions
• Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation

Business Context

• Support business initiatives to develop a performance driven, customer-oriented culture
• Help find out the irritants which are causing non-performance, it could be issues with the supervisor, infrastructure support, pay package, no delegation of work etc
• Help partner with the business to drive important HR initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Induction of New Joinees
Responsible for the on time hiring of right candidates within the specified TATs and inducting them into the organization by tying up with the training dept. for their orientation.

Routing the concerns to the right people for their quick redressal.
