Presently working as Deputy Manager- Technical support in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Generation division, Plant 3 having 20 years of extensive experience in Thermal power plants (500MW coal fired, V94.2 /V94.3 Siemens Gas turbines and PV solar plant) i.e NTPC, CMS-India(O&M), BSES, MALCO by handling Operation and Electrical Engineering, Commissioning & Maintenance to achieve the organizations strategic goals with my credibility and sustainability.
My experience is not limited to super critical coal fired power plants and large combined cycle power and desalination plants in India and UAE. Involved in major activities such as steam blow out, rolling of turbine, Primary tests of Generator and Unit transformers, synchronization of unit and Plant performance test, etc. Also successful co-ordinations with Transmission control center and protection teams for major activities such as unit protection testing / synchronization and energisation of major electrical equipments.
Specialized in Electrical commissioning and maintenance of Generator, Transformer, GCB and MV switchgear including the review of design aspects and troubleshooting critical problems by root cause analyses.
Well versed and depth knowledge on unit protection schemes and electrical interlocks as per the international standards and good technical negotiating skills with international consultant and contractors. Also, skilful and competent in Operational and maintenance quality procedures, OH & S, Environmental.
EFQM certified auditor, and acting as an excellence champion maintaining plant KPI, KRI and BSC.
One year power plant operation and maitenance course related to Coal fired and Gas fired at Neyveli power station experience 7 X 220MW including the DCS simulators training at Nagpur, NPTI..
